Derwent Water Marina is ideally situated at the northern end of Derwent Water. We are a Royal Yachting Association and British Canoe Union Training Centre providing water sports including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking. We also offer mountain sports including ghyll scrambling.

Sailing dinghies, windsurfers, canoes, kayaks and rowing boats are available to hire at very reasonable rates. Our other services include new boat sales, a comprehensive brokerage, and launching and berthing facilities.

Our self-catering apartments make a comfortable base for a family holiday whether you are a watersports enthusiast, a fell walker, or just want a relaxing time away from it all. We have three studio apartments for 2 people and a 6-person apartment all with superb views of Derwent Water.
